Join us for the 2nd annual H.I.M. CAMP in Virginia's Blue Ridge Mountains, where you'll experience a weekend packed with challenges, unforgettable memories, and plenty of laughter. Embrace the ethos of the High Impact Man (H.I.M.), prioritizing humility, support for others, and mental toughness. Together, we'll take on dirty and dangerous things, forging unbreakable bonds and emerging with strengthened resolve and integrity to serve others.

The Mission of F3 is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership." F3 Nation, or F3, is a network of free, peer-led workouts for men, founded in the United States on January 1, 2011, in Charlotte, North Carolina with an estimated 93,000+ active participants. These participants can be found at over 4,500 workout locations in 48 different states and 18 countries on six continents.
What to Expect
- Get ready for an epic adventure embracing all three F’s of F3 with an extra scoop of Faith on top.
- Prepare to sweat through at least one seriously gloomy beatdown, guaranteed to push you to your limits.
- Conquer our heart-pounding obstacle course and vie for victory in friendly competition.
- Dive into One Man-CQB Training, where you'll become a master of tactical home defense with a handgun.
- Channel your inner badass with Krav Maga, the no-nonsense self-defense system.
- Take a refreshing plunge in the lake or pool, spike it up in volleyball, or reel in some big ones while fishing.
- We're firing up the grill to roast a beast and feast like kings.
- And as the night falls, gather 'round the campfire for tales so tall they'll make Bigfoot blush.
- Oh, and for all you Site Q's looking to level up your leadership game, we've got National Q School on deck.
- Get ready for a weekend packed with growth, brotherhood, and memories to last a lifetime!
- Pre-hikers arrive the evening of the 19th and will depart for the trails at zero-dark-30 on the 20th. Be prepared to be out for the entire day. Return back to base on the 20th for a special meal and relaxing activities.
